Although we do our utmost to ensure that our drivers are punctual, please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Circumstances Beyond Our Control.
The driver drives at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and legal speed limits.
Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and/or exterior of any vehicle rented to them and will be billed accordingly for any repairs or maintenance required to return a vehicle to working order.
We may occasionally supply vehicles under subcontract.
By providing your email address, you give Taxi Den Bosch Transfers permission to contact you via email. In return, we promise that we will never provide your email address to third parties.
If any changes or variations, including additional mileage, are made to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the customer will be charged an additional fee in accordance with the pricing structure on our website.

Taxi Den Bosch Transfers will make every effort to ensure that our vehicle(s) or vehicle(s) of our subcontractors arrive on time.
Our Driver(s) travel that day via the most suitable route, unless otherwise specified by the Customer at the time of booking.
Vehicle(s) and subcontracted vehicles of Taxi Den Bosch Transfers are fully insured against claims from passengers and third parties. However, the Client’s property is transported entirely at the customer’s own risk and Taxi Den Bosch Transfers cannot be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
Taxi Den Bosch 24ur Transfers will maintain a register of lost property at their office and will attempt to return any lost property left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.
Taxi Den Bosch 24hr Transfers and its drivers have the right to refuse to transport a passenger who is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior constitutes a threat to the driver, the vehicle or other passenger(s).
Taxi Den Bosch 24hr Transfers applies a strict smoking ban in all its vehicles.
Online Quotes do not take into account holidays and public holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve, where an additional surcharge may apply. Please indicate on the quotation form whether your proposed booking is for a public holiday or other special date.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of the customer.
